Information we collect
We collect the contact and operational information you submit for an assessment and payment status from Stripe, limited attribution data, and necessary security records. With your consent, we may also retain an encrypted meeting transcript for up to 12 months. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Bottlenecked.
How we use it
We use information to review your workflow, prepare and deliver a report, process payment and refunds, respond to requests, operate the service, and protect it from abuse. The private analyst receives a minimized operational packet with direct contact details redacted.
Retention
Unconverted assessment records are deleted or anonymized after 24 months. Consented meeting transcripts are deleted after 12 months. Secure report links expire after 14 days. Security logs expire after 90 days. Encrypted backups age out under the backup schedule.
