Assessment deliverables
The assessment includes a discovery session, a founder-reviewed private report, and a report-review session. Recommendations are operational guidance, not legal, financial, tax, or security advice.
Your submission
You confirm that you are authorized to share the information submitted and will not include secrets, credentials, regulated data, or unnecessary personal information.
Five-hour refund promise
The assessment is intended to establish a credible, evidence-based path to at least five hours of monthly time savings. If the delivered report does not do so, you may request a full assessment refund within 30 calendar days after report delivery by emailing [email protected]. A refund is the sole remedy under this promise. The promise does not guarantee results from recommendations that are not implemented, depend on inaccurate or withheld information, or are materially changed by the client. A private, discretionary assessment credit may be offered after the report overview; once accepted and applied to a management subscription, the assessment is no longer refundable.
Optional monthly implementation
Ongoing implementation is $1,000 per month for up to five hours of implementation and management, cancellable before the next billing period. Third-party tool fees and work beyond the included allowance require separate approval.
Voluntary support
The optional $1 one-time and $10 monthly support payments do not purchase consulting, Office Hours, implementation, or any other client service. Bottlenecked is not a charity, and these payments are not represented as tax-deductible contributions. Monthly support renews until canceled through Stripe Billing Portal before the next renewal date.
